Making A Purchase
 

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
 

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
 

We accept Visa and Mastercard.. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
 

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
 

Shipping And Handling
 

Shipping and Handling charges are defined at the point of purchase [depending your geographic location].
 

Delivery Schedule
 

If your item is in stock it will usually be shipped next working day. If it is not in stock it will normally be shipped within ten working days. If it was to be any longer you would be notified and of course have the right to cancel.
 

Orders for delivery to UK: STOCK ITEMS – If the goods you have ordered are in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch within two working days. Delivery in the UK should normally take no longer than 48 working hours from despatch. If there is going to be a delay you will be notified. We cannot keep everything in stock all the time. But can usually get any items despatched within two weeks. This does depend on the time of the year.
 

Spring and early summer can be worse. Please also note that these are hand made in Milan. The North of Italy is very hot in the summer and as a result many factories including GPR shut for the whole of August. So please try to plan your purchase in plenty of time and if you need to know more about delivery times contact us before you buy.
 

Tax Charges
 

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption and SSL via HSBC Bank. We do not store or hold Credit Card Details in clear text on any web site.
 

Guarantee
 

We offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy provided goods are returned un-used and in perfect condition in their original packing. All good are warranted against faulty materials and workmanship for a minimum of 12 months. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
