FAQ
Don’t worry! We've taken care of everything.
UK CUSTOMERS
Sometimes we ship from the UK, sometimes from Italy. In terms of tax, duty, and any import fees, everything has been taken care of, so there will be no difference whether the item ships from Newark or Milan. One of the few (possibly only) times we can put Milan and Newark on equal footing. Actually, the beer in Newark is better!
EU CUSTOMERS
Your order will be shipped from Italy. We’ve taken care of the VAT and all relevant paperwork, so your exhaust will be just as simple to buy as if you were purchasing it in your own country.
NON EU/UK CUSTOMERS
Nothing changes. We won’t charge you any tax or duty, but you may be responsible for paying local taxes and/or duties when the exhaust arrives in your country. You will be contacted by the relevant authority or agent. This system has worked perfectly for us since 2007, and we are here to help if you have any concerns. You’re in good hands.

There is a minimum guarantee of 24 months. Proof of purchase is required. If there are clear manufacturing defects and you are the original owner, we will repair or replace your GPR exhaust for as long as you keep it.
With road legal silencers and the DB killer fitted, no. The standard settings will be fine. With race silencers or decat pipes or if the DB killer is removed, we advise having the mixture checked. It's also worth pointing out that a custom map and/or Power Commander or similar, will improve just about any bike even if completely standard.
